The following documents are needed to move forward:

  • W-2’S, 1099’S, OR K-1’S – Last two years (all pages and schedules)
  • Tax Returns – Last two years (all pages and schedules)
  • Paystubs (most recent 30 days)
  • Assets: Checking, Savings, Investment Statements; (The most recent 60 days – all pages, no redacting; Be prepared to explain and source non-payroll deposits.)

In the case of Form/Survey attachments, We make use of Firebase Buckets to store our documents. Each document is stored in a unique location that is generated as a combination of the Location ID and Contact ID. We also attach a UUID to the filename. Only people who have access to the absolute URLs of that given file can access it.
